Shipping Policy:
All in stock orders will ship with-in 24 hours of order placement. All Not in stock (NIS) orders will require customer approval. NIS orders can take up to a week to process.
Shipping costs are determined directly through UPS. Once you enter your shipping information when placing an order. UPS directly processes this information and determines rates for shipping based upon the weight of your order and where you live.
Returns & Exchanges:
At Across The Board, we understand that things aren't always the right size or color, or maybe you have changed your mind. Simply contact customer service at (916)-686-2842 or email acrosstheboardinc@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Refunds are processed back to the debit or credit card that made the purchase with-in 24 hours of the receipt of the merchandise.
Return Stipulations:
Returns and exchanges are accepted with-in 30 days of the invoice date.
Condition of Merchandise:
All items must be unused and in the same condition as they were sent: Clothing must be unwashed with tags still attached, shoes must be unworn and in the original box, videos must be unopened, ect. **MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW AND RE-SELLABLE CONDITION** Any items sent back that do not adhere to these guidlines will either be sent back to the cutomer or the customer will be issued Across The Board store credit.

Across The Board makes every effort to ship exactly what is cataloged on our web site, but in some cases manufactuers will sometimes change the background or foreground color on product. Different lots of paint can have a slightly different hue. The same thing applies to clothing, dye lots can be different, base product may change and washes vary. Since there are so many variation that can change a product, we cannot accept responsibilty for these variances.
